From Zionsville & areas south:
- Take US Highway 421 north (towards Frankfort)
- You will go approximately 15 miles
- Once you pass IN-28 east, Frankfort Animal Hospital is on your right

- Once you pass IN-28 west, Frankfort Animal Hospital is on your left

From areas east and west (coming along IN-28):
